get started in 5 simple steps:
1) Create Your Brand Profile
Fill out your basic information, along with social media account and hashtag preferences—we automate promotion reminders to event leaders at the right time on your behalf.
2) Add/Update Your Inventory
Once your company is approved, click on My Items to add your product profiles. Include details like quantity, value, and preferred delivery method that streamline logistics.
3) Specify Your Target Audience
Narrow down qualifying events by location, audience demographics, size, and more.
4) Select Events and/or Respond to Requests
Reach out to your customized list of qualifying events, and/or let them find you, directly through our platform.
5) Drop-Ship Items or Send Ambassadors
Upon your approval, organizations are sent instructions for delivery or pickup options. Save money by letting event staff distribute your samples for you, or send your own team of ambassadors for in-person engagement.
